Booking Form
Your booking form is a public page where clients can view your services and book an appointment — no account needed on their end.
Your booking URL
Every Whoopa account gets a unique URL based on the slug you chose when registering:
https://whoopa.au/your-slugYou can find and copy this link from Settings → Integration. Share it via email, Instagram bio, Google Business profile, or anywhere else your clients find you.
Embedding on your website
If you have your own website, you can embed the booking form as an iframe. Grab the embed code from Settings → Integration and paste it into your website's HTML:
<iframe src="https://whoopa.au/your-slug" width="100%" height="800"></iframe>The form is fully responsive and works on mobile, tablet, and desktop.
Linking to a specific service
You can deep-link directly to a single service so clients skip the service selection step:
https://whoopa.au/your-slug/service-nameIndividual service links and embed codes are available in Settings → Integration → Embed by service.
How the booking flow works
- Client selects a service
- Client picks a date and available time slot
- Client enters their name, email, and phone number
- Client receives a one-time code by email to verify their address
- Booking is confirmed — client gets a confirmation email, you get a notification
Waitlist
When a time slot is fully booked, clients can join a waitlist. If a spot opens up (due to a cancellation or increased capacity), the first person on the waitlist is automatically notified by email with a link to complete their booking.
Customising the form appearance
Go to Settings → Theme to customise colours, fonts, and whether staff names and photos are shown on the form.
